I spoke with Skip last week & he does know who Melvin Goodrum is.

He told me that Melvin is the #1 bag boy at his local Piggly Wiggly & that being an 'industry insider' Melvin always alerts Skip to great deals on expired baby food.

Too much like that Antony Robbins motivational guy now, he's lost me. Was a huge fan of him before though Shizzo.

Skip La Cour looks just like Shizzo.  Both facially and in terms of muscle mass.  They could be fucking twins.

 Skip has hit rock bottom.

Of course he hormonised but some of the dweebs on Getbig who say "it's all drugs" just because a guy shrinks a bit tells me that they never had much muscle in the first place, or are children still living at home.

You drop the competitive aspirations and you are going to lose some muscle, gear or no gear.  Or you fool yourself that you hold the muscle by becoming a permabulker.

I don't agree, I know juiced guys who haven't competed for over a decade and they are still holding size, I know naturals who are genetically blessed who have looked the same for decades too, ( and these are regular guys holding down full time 'real' jobs)...

So unless for some reason he's starving him self and swapped weights with pure cardio, there's no reason for his deflated condition

We all know he's a lying sack of shit anyways....

Whenever I laid off the weights, I slim down. My parents were both rails, so this is probably due to my genetic predisposition. Don't you suppose there is a possibility that Skip La Cour is slim by nature?

Doesn't it depend on what one was and is taking in terms of "juice"? Testosterone (HRT) seems to have accelerated my leanness. I got big on Dbol. When I wasn't taking it, I'd lose size....and bloat.

If you had the capability to hold that kind of size with no drugs you aren't going to be a 'slim' person, you've got to be a pure meso, if anything when not training hard and dieting strictly you should actualy look bigger in clothes

But this doesn't matter as he was juicing just like the rest of us, its not even worth arguing about

Bodybuilding contest prep, whether natty or not, is unhealthy in itself.  You of all people should know that.  You lift heavy and hard too long and you end up up like Ronnie with torn shoulders and knee injuries.  As we age, our blood pressure naturally goes up so you have to factor that in as well.

I got work to do....figure it out, Getbiggers, for yourself

This is wrong. The final loss of water is not healthy, but is just a few days. Bodybuilding prep for the natural will probably lower blood pressure, increase cardiovascular health and fitness, increase life span through calorie deficit, improve cognition through brain derived neurotrophic factor, improve insulin sensitivity, reduce systemic inflammation etc.

Not to mention a natural has no extra water to lose anyway. Can't take diuretics either obviously.
Maybe restrict water a little on friday even if not necessary, not dangerous at all.

Skip looks big in the group pic taken above.
Odd, as in the video he looks very tiny.

How nice of Shawn to have removed his shades for the pic! And people call him an asshole...

Bodybuilding is such an illusion. It's almost as if you have see the person in real life to know their real size.

He's still holding good size. He's very lean and has size in clothes that's a guy holding serious muscle.

Obviously juiced who cares what he says if he didn't lie he would never have made any money.
