we saw this with jay in his last competitive season.
we saw this with Phil last year.

Some combo of attitude, stimulants, higher dose, whatever.   Every year we see it now.  Angry screams/rants/posts at haters, 1:45 am leg workouts, etc.  It's predictable now, and the behavior becomes more and more bizarre as it will take more "super supplements" to look anything like 2011 again.  He's up against age and a waist that's growing, muscles that are shrinking.

I stand by my prediction from last September... Phil wins the title narrowly (no pun intended) and retires with FIVE.

Kai does have Phildo on width (again) but from the side is perhaps where Philly can stand out.  Again, the Nose Down will prove  who is the bestest.  No Imaginary Nostril Syndrome here.  Serious sucking of oxygen is coming down and the auditorium may well have to issue tanks to keep the schmoes supplied with air, elsewise they might pass out mid stroke and spooge off hanky.

Also whats with the headphones while shooting a video? even more tacky. You cant lift the weight without music? Its so much better to have silence so you can hear your breathing and focus on the movement.

Whilst the bridge of the nose is important it is undoubtedly the sheer size, width of separation and striationalization of the nostrils that ultimately  determine who is the champion.  Nose to nose and nobody knows.

That and who can better bob for balls in a tub full of schmoes at the Mirage.
