Pops has better shape -- a thicker torso, better lat insertion points, thicker arms, a shorter and narrower waist. In terms of conditioning Jr has a slight edge. They're becoming comparable, but Sergio Oliva Senior is still a far better bodybuilder than his son.

Bro I'm 5'8 (barely) & 247lbs w/ 16in. arms, 32in. thighs & a 48in. butt. It ain't too hard to figure out. My bodyfat is approx. 17.5% but most likely significantly lower.
