you are gifted in the sense where you can stay lean pretty much without alot of effort compared to others like myself, but building and keeping any size is a challenge for you, so eating in that right balance to get actual size and maintain it for the most part is probably more important for you. Not talking about eating like an idiot or like a powerlifter but kinda semi clean with alot of calorie dense foods that suppoert growth and is easy and palatable for you to maintain
