ted wore a wig similar to o hearns for yrs in 80's ,the obvious over done helmet look,he took it off early 90's and cut his hair short and u could see they were just'powdering'in his hair for that show he had then 'he worked or owned a coffee shop,,he then went all gray'smart move'thinning grey hair looks better than thinning darker hair,he then either got a better quality 'grey'piece added in ,,it looks fantastic his hair'he looks better older than in his prime...

Ted Danson. has been wearing a toupee for years and even poked fun of it in an episode of Cheers when it surfaced that Sam Malone had a little help with his lush head of hair. Danson reportedly only wears the wig for movies and T.V. shows and doesn't mind showing his thinning hair otherwise.
