Thanx for the compliments guys, I was plannin on going up to 270 but... I gotta shift gears here and lose some weight for my police training, im probably going to get down to about 220 maybe at like 5-6% bodyfat? Probably gonna get a nice dark tan too over the next few months...

Ill post pics as I lose weight.... hard dieting starts in a few weeks, shouldnt take me more than 3.5 months to get in the shape I wanna get in, ill probably be at 220 or so in 2.5 months though I get in condition fast now..
