I think that's the whole point.
When your age is increasing and your body stays lean and musucular, which in itself takes consistency and work...that's the actual goal of the OP.
Exactly, Im never going to be a big bodybuilder, I have accepted my limitations, I can be an in shape 200lb guy at 5'10 at 50 years old.
If I can look like I do now in another 5 years then its win win, Im not going to go all gung ho now at 5o and blow a pec or rip a bicep off for the sake of a couple ounce of new muscle.
