Phil looks really weird in FDB.  I think he would look better if he kept his legs straighter like Big Ramy rather than doing the shmoe-y spread-eagle thing.

But his shit condition had nothing to do with how much weight he lifted. Pound for pound, still has more muscle than Phil and better muscle quality probably from lifting actual weight. He just needs to dial it in.

My point being that poundage doesn't equate to Sandows. Being the strongest guy around means nothing in BB.  Phil has 5 titles and counting. Rami will be lucky to get 1.

Not exactly true. When bbers lift insane heavy weights, many criticize for their stupidity and injuries waiting to happen, when bbers lift light, they are criticized for being lazy, all drugs, not hard working

Can't win either way, the same can be said for bbers that slim down when retired or decide to stay big but have been retired also

Well, when they train like Branch, they are criticized.

ramy on the other hand has awesome structure, taper, flow (yeah yeah quads too big, gtfo) with insane mass. he just needs to dial it in FOR ONCE.
