I didnt say steroids dont help, but they help much less then 99.9%...

Well considering I have been here longer than you, welcoming me doesnt make sense.

On a side note, are you saying that steroids are almost 100% the reason pro's look as they do?

Without steroids, the "bodybuilder" look at low bodyfat levels is impossible, so they do more than just "help".

True, using gear without all the correct training, food, sleep, etc wouldn't work to achieve the look, but neither will doing all of that stuff without the gear. You need both.
