Incentive? It should be part of my duties as a mod. I don't see why people's minds get blown over the fact that I would like to do a proper job as a moderator.

Sometimes its just the little things like changing the title of the thread "PIP Wes" to "PIP Wes Craven" so that people don't immediately assume that Getbig's Wes has passed away.

I am not asking for anything out of the ordinary. All I want is access to the mod board (or whatever it's called) with the opportunity to mod other sections down the road. I never asked to be given as much authority as Onemorerep or Princess L.

so halo is gone, sev is gone, pretty much everyone that actually bodybuild and are able to back up their talk and show off their progress are being banned... mods surely are doing their best to make this forum be about anything BUT bodybuilding

Not at all. With my proposal, Tu Holmes would have been given access when he was given the mod spot.

I can understand that they don't want to give everyone access, but even if you include all of the current mods (active) there still wouldn't be more than 15-20 people. It would make things a bit more structured, streamlined, and consistent.

One could argue that having input from many more people would actually decrease consistency.

I don't understand why, if your true incentive was to help the board, you'd turn your nose up at the opportunity when given it because it didn't fit with how YOU wanted to help.

Being a mod on a dead mma subforum is not what I consider to be helping the board.

I want the same opportunities that guys like GrapeApe, CalvinH, and MOS have.

But I also say that in regards to all of our current mods who currently do not have access.

There should be decisions made. Either we are trustworthy enough to have access to the mod section, as well as running a subforum, or maybe you need to get people in who you do trust.

But in the end, I can only speak for myself when it comes to my fate. I would just like all of the mods to display some form of cohesion.
