hard to know how much of everything is in stimul8, i suppose one need a lot of trial and error before getting it right starting with max 0,5 scope?

 Rumor has it that it's about 400-500 milligrams per scoop. Start with half.

i tried myokem today.
didnt do shit.

im upping the dosage to 2 scopes.

on the plus side: easy to mix, didnt taste anything.
