I did militaries today and worked up to a clean 70kg (155#) x 10. There was a time that I could probably do 80kg (175#) x 6-8, but my shoulder has been a slight mess for about 9 months now. BW = 97kg. I know that doesn't sound like much, but I have to push the fucking bar about a meter over my head. FML.

i never go higher than 25kgs a side for standing military press to  high risk on the back even with a belt

i bend the knees slightly and focus on high reps

Why bother if it's such a risk?
Work your back/lower back when doing back or lower back, lol... I don't see the purpose of doing a mass exercise and limiting the weight that it's no longer an effective mass movement. But you sure work everything else!
