I don't know where you are from, but in Australia where I live we have a government subsidised health system.  Obesity costs the taxpayer hundreds of millions of dollars. I  don't know about you, but I don't want to be penalised because the fat fucks in our society can't help themselves and constantly eat fast food to excess. Essentially the taxpayer is forced to enable these undisciplined fucks to gorge themselves to death.

Well I live in Canada so it's pretty much the same system. And while I can understand what your saying ( even though I'm not sure where you pulled those numbers from, if they are accurate or just pulled out of the air), the other side of the coin is that obese people also save tax dollars by dying sooner so the government doesn't have to pay their old age security pension
