Nothing wrong with having a private members club, I am a member of Soho house.

There was a well known case in UK in the last couple years where two catholic hotel owners refused to let a gay couple book a room in their hotel on religious grounds because they believed it to be a sin.
They got sued.

With regards to a forum, when you have thousands of users across the world debating topics or posting if you ban them on the basis of if you like em or not you just lose credibility as a forum

Just trying to educate you about the law, in the UK you would go to jail for that potentially, definitely be arrested and charged if proven u made such a statement.

The law is very clear in the UK, both civil and criminal. Homophobic, Racial and Gender discrimination is criminal and can carry custodial sentence. Bigmc should keep up with the law.
I could list a dozen cases.

No I think I wasn't being clear. Of course you have many registered users on this site across the world and even more guests.
But the issue is not registered accounts but ACTUAL users (as in same human beings) operating those multiple accounts.
For every actual person you have posting you have infinitely more gimmicks.

Therefore I stand by what I said which is there is no way in hell a total of 116+27 ACTUAL people voted on this thread.

You also cannot distinguish gimmicks of the same person who uses proxy to hide em.
