The show has such a different energy without Kai there on stage. No tension, drama, etc...   between he and Phil.

Seriously? This is Mr Olympia? If any of the other 3 looked like this they'de be going off about how shitty he looked but because he's the regning champ people are bending over backwards to make excuses.

You make it seem as if you need to jump on a stage to be able to properly assess a physique.  I can assure you that you are wrong.

Can a bodybuilder make a great judge?  Yes. 
Can you be a great judge without being a bodybuilder?  Yes.

There is a correlation but not what you're trying to make it.

He looks bad. Everyone who saw him last night agreed. He didn't look right. He looks tired, lethargic, poofy, his tan is very bad, and many in the audience did not have him winning. It's just cause he's the champ that he will not lose and they want the dynasty thing. He's almost finished. His decline is inevitable
