I gotta hand it to Janoy, he finally got lean (for him). Wonder what finally made him stick to the diet and not cheat every other day meal.
If he keeps the diet going, I believe its his Ethiopian crack-head diet, he might actually get a decent six-pack going by the second show he's planning on competing in. Sometime in November, I believe.

jason has improved alot compared to say that average slob who goes to the gym he looks allright

he shouldnt get on stage looking like that though,  he should just get lean for his own self. not to compete.

He needs to be 160lbs and should have thickened his abs while he was bulking. Had he added mass to his abs while he was bulking and now cut to 160lbs he would look like a Calvin Klein model from the Neck Down (serious).
