He seems like he's had some kind of minor cosmetic surgery/face work maybe Botox or something.  But it makes him look a bit odd in addition to the wig.  Also if it hasn't happened for him by now based on his looks it ain't gonna.  Hollywood has been looking at this for years and has clearly passed.

The natural thing shows he is crazy as Andy Brynarski in an RV full of Pomeranians.  In 5-7 more years he will be the new Don Ross hanging out in the parking lot of Golds in his van.

    But I believe you mean Paul Sullivan living in his van.  Don Ross (my good friend) was Editor-in-cheif of Muscular Development when he died, sadly.  He was doing very well.
