a solid 12-18 months of progressive doses into the multiple gram range, gh at least 8ius and upwards, slin cycled but working up to most meals and pre/pwo
progressive calories + training (overload via poundage, volume, frequency, TUT etc)
^ anyone who does that can build a huge lean physique. structure, insertions etc is genetic but lean mass you can get with drugs if you're a shit responder or not.
A fella that I knew for years that really wanted to become a pro was at 8 grams a week, 100iu insulin, and 6iu Sero. You'd never know it.
Plus, he was bow legged. Structure is genetic as well.

You'd be surprise how many people are juicing hard in your local gym but you would never know. They're the ones who go from fat and bloated and pretty much back to where they started after they diet.
