500lb bench - okay so should be able to do 315 what 10-15x right? Just put up a video doing 315 for a few reps.

No need to wait until next week for that paltry weight. Let's see a video showing some bar speed with 315 today.

There won't be a video. At this point I'd settle for an upside down coffee mug with a thumbs up pic.

This is a classic example of that fitness model dude that posted here or another Big G Man.

Posting style is reminiscent of the Trainer, video this Thursday, like he can't just link his YouTube or instagram page.....

Why do people lie about their lifts and who ihn their right mind after years of training constantly takes meausurements........... isn`t the mirror a good indicator of whether you look great,good,mediocre,or just like plain shit?

My chest measures.............. who cares,does it look thick,wide,and in proportion to the rest of your pics.

I don`t hate WW but he`s not benching 500 in this lifetime,...............been around too damn long to believe this just as others have,just by looking at his physique.

This is absurd... Honestly. Any of us who've been around lifting know that a 500lb bench is relatively rare... Especially raw... From a virtual midget it's just not possible.

What's the world record for someone under 200 pounds raw on the bench? Wouldn't 500 be a world class bench for someone that light? Has anyone ever done 600pounds raw under 200 pounds bodyweight?

315 for 10 probably won't even get him to 405...A 500 pound bench would be able to throw 315 up for 10 as a warm up. A 500 pound bench should be able to translate to 405 for 10 to 12 reps. And even 405 for 10 may not get him to the magic 500 number...

I believe these are the world record lifts. Looks like 565 pounds at a weight of 198 is the raw record in the untested bench press...So 500 pounds is a world class lift under 200 pounds body weight...Someone correct me if i'm wrong... $:-\$ WhiteWidow is 66 pounds away from breaking the World record. Damn that's badass...WWidow you should try to break the record since your so close...
