OP is trolling. If you look at the post on his facebook page, you see it's a link to an article on one of those clickbait sites. The pic is just the one that autogenerates when you post a link. If there was a dig, it might have been aimed at Arnold, as he is featured in the article. I don't even think that, cuz it's pretty obvious Lou  has somebody writing those posts for him.

And though I am not a fan of Lou he looks absolutely great for his age. He is 63 years old. How many 63 year olds have visible abs? In fact, how many men of any age have visible abs. Do you?
