If you'd smile in your selfies, you'd look less Russian.

Russians can't smile, it's DNA ingrained.

505 5 years ago at colosseum gym. Unfortunately no photo proof so I guess it doesn't qualify.

The following would be required for GB validation of lift:

Signed and notarized statement from a degreed metalurgist that the bar and plates lifted are 100% genuine.
No spotter or anyone that could spot you within 1000 yards of the bench station.
Professional grade video of you performing the lift in the nude without belt, wraps or chalk.
Video must be produced and directed by Speilberg or Copalla.
Video must qualify for Cannes film festival.
Signed and notarized copies of every person's birth certificates in attendance at Colosseum gym that day.
Sample of your blood drawn by degreed/licensed hematologist (not a phlebotomist) verified via a reputable DNA testing facility.
Dental records provided and verified by degreed/licensed oral surgeon or general dentist.

All evidence must be finalized and presented to GB within 1 hour following the lift.

To be member of this elite club does one have to post a vid pressing 500lbs, or just be a professional bullshitter?

Of course.
It's pretty obvious.

Mmm, normally I would agree like with, for example Brad Dingleberry and maybe I have something on my contact lenses to make things a little blurry....but I don't see anything fake about those plates.

I sent copies of powerlifting USA to OMR to show some of my lifts when I competed and other proof. No videos back in the dark ages when I put up 505. Oh and what's left of one of my 80's trophies.

Mid fifties and grandfather to be still in pretty good shape considering my spinal problems.

what percentage of the world's male population can bench 500?

agreed, it's probably less than 1% with a 300 pound bench
