I actually thought I ended this thread by saying thank you for the input from everyone that had a some real advise and that was that, but then squidward the troll and Josh the backstabber/ingrate started derailing the thread so fuck off. It was a sincere thread about getting some advise on this situation because there are those that were in the military on here.

It absolutely amazes me the amount of trolls that come here , hide that just start shit just to start it. So again, fuck off.

I can't give advice on the military, but I did attend university (for my undergraduate degree) on a Division I hockey scholarship.

So if you want some advice about that, PM me.

And I will tell you to fuck off and stick your bragging about your kid's community college heroics up your midget ass.

It's a great branch of the military. Since I live at the shore I have seen them many times. I understand since it's such a small branch it is hard to get into with many applicants.

Nothing wrong as a career choice. Saving lives is what the coast guard does. The only military branch that actually saves lives instead of taking them.

Someone could easily look up the kid's recruiting profile from Rivals or MaxPreps and see if he's been recruited by UK or any other schools....plus his stats, etc.
