Actually, a lot more solid than I thought. I did describe him as have solid, powerful fat unlike Shizzo's saggy, flaccid flab, but I under estimated him. There's really no gut spillage like I thought. His back is wider than his waist with some lat flare. I really wouldn't even describe him as fat. Just big and thick.
If he was consistent in his training, say a good six months, I think he'd be pretty damn decent without even having to change his diet.
If he diets, you can cut it down to 3 months.
