Gh15 is kind of pathetic to judge bodyfat sometimes. You are lean, but not ripped... big fucking deal. If your goal is 175 ripped then fucking up the dose and get huge and stop spewing nonsense. Stick to a plan. I see you cut for like 2 weeks then go up in weight again in a matter of a few days and think you gained dry muscle
Also, stop obsessing over caliper measuring. Either stay small and stop saying how big you will be in a day that never comes or juice hard and get massive
