Im the most unflexible human on the planet. I started doing this and it loosened things up so good.

A lax ball or golf ball works well too

 I saw one of the foam rollers at my new gym, anyone use those and  have suggestions other than squeezing the odor out ans sniffing it after some chick uses it like one fella here would do(if he worked out of course)

thats the other thing I picked up, an 18 inch wide foam roller
oh man let me tell you it works, and works good
I roll on that thing for a bit and my quads and hams and lower back feel completely rejuvenated

highly recommend
