Actually the states are being hard on letting alot of people in these days as they have been sharing mental health records with the border agency, there have been people turned away because they tried to attempt suicide several years prior because of undiagnosed depression etc among other things

That's funny....really.  All this annoying and trivial stuff has happened at some point in my life. I got over it and much, much worse without having to resort to pissing on a prison guard.

I know a musician who was busted on a Driving While Intoxicated in Houston...He did the Probation, Rehab, Community Service and there is no conviction on his record as a result...Fast forward two years...He is at the border on a car trip with friends with the idea of driving up to Yellowknife...He could not get into Canada because of his legal difficulties two years earlier, it all came up with the snap of the border official's fingers.

If you are a Yank pulled over in say Edmonton, and the cops run your license...they will see everything the cops would see in your hometown...maybe more.

The USA has problems with aliens wanting to enter the US illegally. Mexico, Puerto Rico, Central and South America, etc. Canadians used to be able to go to the US easily via cars.

They told the US officials where they were going and for how long and off they went. I had no trouble driving to Seattle from Vancouver in 2000 and 2004. No passports or papers

were required. Things have changed. Now passports must be carried and shown to customs officials.

If you have a criminal record in the US it is difficult for aliens to gain entry.

Josh must remain in 'house detention' for the coming long winter. Shizzo is basking in the sun in Florida. Seems fair to both people.
