havent had a stimulant in years

caffeine, ephedrine, nicotine is hands down the best pre workout stack you will ever use.

I incidentally take nicotine (smoker wanting to stop) but ephedrine no way. Yeah few more reps but constricted blood vessels, anxiety and shrunken dick ahoy. No thanks. Same with most pre workouts.

Another totally moronic post....When taken just pre workout, you don't get no shrunken dick and even if it did. Are you there to train, or fuck? Ephedrine has a short half life anyway. By the time you get back, shower, eat, rest, if you see pussy you wanna smash, your dick will work.

The zero ones have a funny aftertaste to me, I believe it's the aspartame.

I tried 1 scoop of the Craze V2 in cherry berry about 4 hours ago. Trained hard at the gym and still feel really good. Well worth the buy 1 get 2 sale I picked it up for. A bit of anxiety when it kicked in but manageable.

Will try the Dust tomorrow for legs.

My routine right now is I train before work in the morning, so I'm up around 4:30 or 5am. I take a multi-vitamin, fish oil, b100 and vit d. I train on empty stomach without any stims and sip BCAAS + creatine during my workout. Afterwards I shower and drive to work where I have my first meal and then about an hour after that my first coffee. Rest of the day is the usual, coffee, food, protein shakes. If I train after work I will have a coffee before my workout.
As weird as this sounds, I've never taken a preworkout consistently. I tried that MusclePharm preworkout once. And as far as I can remember, that's the only preworkout I've ever tried... this was in June at the Toronto Pro, where I got a free sample.
Now, I'm no angel when it comes to stims. I've tried EC, ECA, I drink a lot of coffee and energy drinks. But not for the sole purpose of boosting energy in the gym, just because I get tired from all the work I do outside of fitness.
