But do you think that Ron is solely responsible in making these decisions?

He seems to be the "hands off" type of guy.  Chaos, Princess L, and Onemorerep............Th ose are the ones that make the decisions.

Donny also spends half his time on here reporting people for shit he does himself

ron even gave him blue stars as a joke after Donny kept sending him mail saying how no one took him seriously
