Cormier should have beaten Dex for the Arnold in 05 too I believe

Out of all the late 90's asthetic guys Cormier was the best imo, he had every body part plus height and could play the size game unlike flex. Flex was at his best at lighter body weights, and later with all the funky looking body parts, and more weight, he didn't look too good. Levrone, had weak legs later on his career, back was always sub par, Shawn was just too small and short to play with the big boys

Tied with Franco Columbo and Chris Dickerson, Jay had THE WORST biceps of all time for a Mr. Olympia winner (or competitor for that matter).

At the 04 Arnold, Jay was trying to get as lean as he was in 2001 Mr O. But he should up very flat. It was not a good look.

He achieved the huge and chiseled look in '09

Jesus, look at the red ball in his brachioradialis in his left arms in that pic. Can you say oil? There's a reason why he NEVER had ANY vascularity at all in his arms.

When i used to see him all the time he looked 5'10 a long with flex give or take

He's considered "boring" to some but he was a complete bber who could pack on mass and not mess up his lines. Pulled off a vacuum pose, very consistent,  and great poser too. All the partying and image issues might have cost him Arnold wins, and better O placings

I was at this show and there was no question that Chris was the clear cut winner.

I remember thinking Jay was done as his right side looked atrophied and his legs looked small.
