I have tried ever liver supplement available and nothing that I have found at least with me makes liver values any better when taking oral steroids.  The only thing that makes them return to normal, or close to normal is getting off of them completely.   Liver supplements in terms of trying to protect your liver from steroid damage "which is overinflated, your kidneys are much more likely to go out than your liver" are just bro science BS.  It is used to give themselves a false "safe" feeling when they know it is not good for you.
