He’s not just a perv, he’s a liar, too.
Manhattan prosecutors said Thursday that disgraced former Mount Sinai doctor David Newman used a “general anesthetic” to knock out a victim before masturbating on her in the emergency room, which apparently disproves his lame alibi.
Testing of the 29-year-old woman’s urine revealed the creepy physician used readily-available drug Propofol, which is used in medical settings to “quickly” put a patient into an unconscious state, Assistant District Attorney Eun-Ha Kim said during a conference in Newman’s sex abuse case.
But the results are at odds with what Newman told cops - that she was too doped up to know what had happened to her.

“She may be mistaken about me ejaculating on her face because she was on morphine," the sicko allegedly told cops of the unsettling January ordeal.
That story was apparently bogus.
"In spite of what the defendant told the complaining witness and police about being confused and administering extra morphine, this drug, Propofol, is what he administered ... before he masturbated and ejaculated,” Kim told the judge.

Propofol is the same drug Michael Jackson died from in 2009 after overdosing on it.
Newman is facing several counts of sex abuse relating to incidents with four female patients at the hospital between August 2015 and January 2016.
The victims ranged in age from 18 to 29.
Newman’s case, which is pending in Manhattan Supreme Court, is next scheduled for July 22.
