Not getting ready yet, but thinking about it. I will get ready 5 minutes before going. I plan to go to the gym at 7:30 p.m. It is only 5:45 were I live. Tonight is chest night. Love working my chest. Hoping it will grow.

Could you not work in with a client? I used to see guys do that at Pro Gym and it seemed cool for the client too as there were a few big dudes training guys.

I work 85-90 hours a week and find time to train 45 minutes most days. But, the quality of my workouts is just not there. Told myself I was going to cut back on work this year, hasn't happened yet.

going downstairs into the gym in a half hour it's a 20 step walk..and today loads of cardio shoveling snow double wide 100 plus foot driveway and front walks.12 inches so far with another foot or so on the way for sunday...good times. ;D ;D ;D ;D
