But, is she in her 20's? Id assume early 30's. Not like a few years makes a difference.
Anyway, the difference is that shes a 4th year neurology resident. There is a VERY good chance that she signed some sort of contract indicating that she must maintain professional behavior outside of work. She didn't by physically assaulting someone and destroying someone's property.
Sure, we all did stupid stuff when we were in our 20's. But most of us were not medical residents representing a medical university either. That is the difference here.
