So, if he has a doctorate in physical therapy, then he is not a medical doctor. But, he can be called "doctor", just like a professor who has their doctorate.
And so, he is physical therapist, not necessarily a personal trainer.

In the UK you have to go to Uni to study Physiotherapy and you get a Degree. I wanted to do this myself here in Germany but they have a "Berufsbildende schule" for this and it is 3 years. I was accepted into 3 schools after entrance exams but it was just too expensive at the time. I then learned Sport Administrator which is also 3 years. A Physiotherapist is definitely not a Fitness Trainer.. far from it !

He is just trying to sell his product in reality.

I am sure if he did those exercises and just did normal shit in the gym, he would look the exact same.  All of his advice is not any better really than anyone elses at all.  In other words, its not going to produce extraordinary results.  It did not/has not for him, why would it for anyone else?  ???

thats a simple answer..some people can do anything and grow, others, everything and not grow.

what you wrote suggests that you should only listen to mr olympia.

the problem with BB is that people think that big dudes know something. THATS the issue right there. more often than not, they know the least.

He is also coming from the position of being a physical therapist. So he sees the injuries and or the results of either these exercises or helping people who have had shoulder, back, hip, etc surgery.

Nobody says he needs big legs. But the guy is shirtless in almost all his video's. And always in pants(no homo). Something tells me he's very insecure about his legs. Because he certainly isn't about his upperbody...

When I was in my 20s I could do upright rows and behind the neck presses unlimited with no problems. Now, in my 40s I get pain after two workouts with any of these exercises. Some injuries and joint wear are cumulative. You don't notice how deleterious they are until the damage has been done. His "advices" are sound  :)

yes me too. Good that people today are getting wiser about certain old school exercises and doing a tailored workout for their Body and not because Bodybuilder X shows them.
