anyone watch that video on youtube where he talks about his meals(while being in hospital).  his elbows are seriously disturbing to see. I am in the medical field and have seen just about everything as far as odd pathologies/skin issues/ growths etc, but christ man those elbows are just wrong.

Believe or not, its genetic. Paco is same as this. Their metabolism are mega fast and always they have struggled eating for gain.
