No worries. I'm old. Being this and maybe a little senile too, I completely forgot about it. Hopefully, the nature of that post was upbeat and kind. You seem like someone who could use encouragement every now and again.

Incidentally, I also hate the feeling of being drunk. Unfortunately, this doesn't always keep me from drinking more than is healthy.

Yamazaki has a light, floral, aroma and very smooth.

Glen 12 is nice and straightforward. Glen 15 starts out a little harsh but has a great finish. Glen 18 is smooth from beginning to end.

I've tried the Lagavulin 16. It's heavily peated (think iodine and charred wood) and takes some getting used to.

Also tried a few others like Dalwhinnie (SP?).

I like Balvine doublewood .12 a lot more than the Caribbean cask 14.

I gave up the rocks early. I will occasionally use those lava rocks to chill scotch but don't really feel they are necessary. At this point I don't even use a splash of water.

You describe these varieties of scotch with the degree of intricacy and passion that wine aficionados do with fine wines.

My senses of smell and taste are highly developed. It helps me enjoy some things more. The downside is some things other people are nose-blind to (i.e. cats, chicks walking by with BV, poop, etc...) are unbearable.

I've stopped but I don't go back to being fat. I eat organic 1-2 meals per day that's it. I know it sounds nuts but yes, 1-2 meals per day. Every morning I'll have shake I make that consists of Anutra, Moringa, Vitamin C powdered form, and sometimes BCAAs. The morgina makes you not hungry but that's not why I take it. I have energy all day and did not lose muscle.

Wiggs, why don't you work out? At least run or something. Nothing wrong with exercising mildly-moderately.

I don't think there is anything in the bible against this sort of exercise.

I agree it becomes an issue when it reaches to the point of obsession.

I still do my walks 3 -5 times per week. I walk in a park for about 35-40 min.
