That's not a hairpiece.  That is somebody who is using what he has left of hair at the front to cover up what he's lost on top.  Just grows it incredibly long at the front and just combs it back and over.  And uses a lot of hair product to keep the hair from flopping around as best he can.   It's quite the mess.
