No amount of drugs will give you the certain "ideal flow" if your structure and the shape of muscles sucks. That's what genetics mean in this sport. You may be a skinny fella without training/drugs, but if you have great shape, introduce some quality gear and you have a pussy/cock pulling machine, while many slam tons of drugs into their shitty physiques and doesn't look even half of that.
