but what i was thinking when i said that was that cellphones gather absolutely everything you say and do with your phone. even think. totally offtopic but i just needed to say that. i only use instagram to follow others, my nick name has nothing to do with me and i have it written on paper so that i can remember it my self.

i don't take pictures with my cellphone anymore neither, i started using digital camera. an old one that doesn't have any secret microchips that send your photos secretly to some weird ass cloud server. well i could take pictures with my phone, but then not of my self.

i know getbig server is in a cloud, and all of our posts are there forever, even the deleted ones, but i think i don't have to also start using this with my phone now

Yeah I was training at chuze that little gym only the one in cypress is decent, alot of the young kids like training, I always take under my wing the young ones who are serious and help them along in any way. I moved from Cali so now I have a home gym which is nice has everything and I'm actually 260-270 lean. Always good to pass info along to young kids like keeping the lineage of the old school iron days alive!

My old account name was deleted, and I actually want a new handle but it won't get approved I guess Ron is so busy he doesn't approve accounts much. If they can change this name to CSWOL it would be ok, you as a memeber can't change your account name only a admin can I suppose! How about I just post the term #GETBIG ON FACEBOOK NOW! 😊

and for the record, I haven't changed my mind in this thread. I read your arguments and I agree that it would be the best kind of proof if CSWOL could e.g. make a video where he says that TSNWGS is his new Getbig user name. It should be pretty easy for him to do this.

The thing that makes me suspicious is the fact is CSWOL had an almost autistic way before where he would barely be able to reference posts whereas currently he seems like he has come back to sanity, yet is claiming he was not on drugs...
