I also suggest HAWAII .... but see all the islands on a 7 day cruise.

The ship used to stop in three ports so you could spend the day doing Hawaiian stuff like drinking exotic cocktails in a local's hangout, swimming with some dolphins, watching the lava flow to the sea, or eating lots of stuff at a luau.

Actually one of the best and cheapest ways to enjoy the islands with no traffic congestion problems.
