Great physique -- Maybe a bit more overall back thickness would help.
Easier said than done at that level & after many years of training.
Very classic physique & at 5'11 & 250 certainly big enough.
Surprised not placed higher.

you're absolutely right about the back thickness. Not easy at this stage after many yrs of training but I'm gonna try.  Those are the finals pic, I was a little tighter than prejudging why I think I didn't place higher.

Finally a Hebrew getbigger who actually has the mythical superior Hebrew genetics, a refreshing change from the usual wiggs/goodrum shite.
In all seriousness looking good man, and nice to see a pro down to earth enough to take this place with a pinch of salt

Good physique! Very balanced and aesthetic. I wouldn't try to get any heavier at this point, you're sporting a good classic look right now.
I agree with this. Just depends on what you're going for, though.

How are you doing back training?
What exercises & how often.

Understand if you don't want to discuss.
As you don't know me.

Good physique -- Like to see you placing Higher.
Would be a step in Right direction for Bodybuilding.

it's a subjective sport, gotta be able to take criticism here or wherever.

nothing wrong with those questions. I do back every 5th day. I'd like to do more deadlifts but I have a sciatica that acts up around my 2nd or 3rd set. I focus more on T-bar, wide & close grip pull downs, one arm or barbell arm rows & throw cable rows & various machines in about 10% of the times for variety.

Thanks for replying.
A few ideas--
Maybe do a heavy workout poundage wise & rest a little longer extra day or so then a lighter day
Rest 4/5 days.
Are you able to do / or are doing Deadlift off blocks or in a power rack.
Not strictly bodybuilding exercises -- some power cleans / hang cleans.
As we stated it's tough improving a physique after a good few years at it.

I use a power rack for deads all the way to the floor. I did power lifting when I started but not much in awhile. Definitely food for thought. Good suggestions, I appreciate it & will incorporate them in my routine. One good thing about getting inshape is it makes it easier to see your flaws. More back thickness will be a priority in my training.

Doing the deadlifts in racks from just below or just above the knees
Clearly allows for heavier weight to be used.
Again maybe try doing them in a round back style with a shrug type
Motion at the top.

i know Dorian was a big fan of those. I've never tried them that way. Genuine & excellent advice, I appreciate your feedback on this. I'll def give it a shot.

great pics rudy, any insight into the chemistry used for this prep, also do you come off totally or usually run TRT after? thanks, just tell us what your "friend" used for the prep.

What the hell are you talking about, as a natural I don't do anything  ;). But if I did I'd probably do TRT then a few months off. Hypothetically speaking ofcourse  :)
