This kind of social welfare is just a relatively insignificant drop in the bucket but it makes a great talking points t for the wanna-be tough guys.

It's all money that we don't have, so it all needs to be shut off. I would encourage Israel to stop mincing around and announce they are a world-class nuclear power and they are on a nuclear war footing. Then I would encourage them to pop off 5-6 medium yield warheads in the middle of the Iranian desert. That will end any delusions of Arab superiority. They don't need us and frankly our money comes with so many strings it isn't worth it.

Taking out the Kaaba would also make sense. I would use nukes like hand grenades.

What are you a moron? The last thing society needs are weaklings that have kids they can't support and then look for hands out from society. Like it or not, humans are part of nature and the laws of nature apply. In the animal kingdom if a female of a particular species has a ton of offspring and they fail to find their own food they go extinct. Humans are part of the animal kingdom. This is a very unnatural situation to support women with 15+ children who are having babies just to receive more benefits. I can understand if these babies were a scarce resource like Nordic beauties who will help beautify the surroundings. Unfortunately they are a bunch of low IQ Dindus that are a dime a dozen.

This will be of zero benefit to society and actually helping bring it down.

The best thing to do is sterilize them. If they can't provide for their first child they are sterilized. It is insane to keep this up and very very foolish. More lives will be lost than saved.

By the time Adams arrived in court Tuesday, Circuit Judge Tracy Sheehan was ready to release her from jail no matter what she had to say.

The judge said she didn't want to further burden taxpayers with providing the woman "three hots and a cot." And, because the children are now in foster care, concerns about whether Adams was pregnant were moot.

"I don't reward you by letting you out," said Sheehan, who did not lift a civil contempt finding. "I seek to be practical."

Adams, 37, will be allowed supervised visits with her children, who are living at a children's shelter near Brandon.

Asked where she will live, Adams said, "I have no idea."

Adams has lost her children to the state before. Her latest chapter began in late April when authorities learned that she and her 12 youngest children were living in a small motel room after being evicted.

She told state workers the kids had no clothes or shoes and the family had no food. According to Sheehan's court order, she was receiving about $2,600 a month in food and cash assistance.

Adams showed no gratitude when social service workers secured housing for the family and paid off her $6,000 debt to the Tampa Housing Authority. In court last week, she said she wanted them all out of her life.

On Tuesday, she softened her stance. "I do want to apologize to you and say I'm sorry to everyone in the room," she said. "I understand these people went out of their way to get a house for me and my children. It wasn't an issue of I wasn't appreciative."

Go to high risk areas.   Offer a $2000 stipend for all 12+ females to get a 10-year birth control implant.  

At 19, offer them another $2000 for a 10-year renewal.

Without all the new babies, people will go to school more, work more, innovate more, do whatever.  In a generation, a small investment of a few million may result in a generational drop in crime, govt dependence, and more.  

A kid born to a 12-year old will cost WAY more to society than 2 grand or even 4 grand.  Let that mama wait until she's 29 to be fertile again - and it's completely voluntary.  Sure, 2% won't do it.  But 98% of people will go get that money.
