Actually Ron has lost a lot of fat since that photo was taken. Ron is a workaholic and never puts himself first. I've always argued with him to set some time aside and do something special for himself. Whether it be a soak in a hot tub or just getting some light cardio in. Well, he's taken my advice and is actually feeling much better and looking great.
