Oh, that is Steve Gardener, he's a monster in the grip strength world. He's lifted the Inch, pulled good numbers on various thick bars, etc.....

I saw a really skinny skinny guy who could do neck exercises with those dumbells


I once db rowed 200`s for like 4 reps strict but that was a long time ago

the 300`s thats a little too heavy
