Vince Gironda had some solid advice: 36 whole eggs per day, 1 pound of red meat, lots of cream etc.

Really, the cholesterol in eggs is not a big concern. If I didn't have problems eating I'd probably eat a dozen a day. BEST source of protein IMO and IME.

Cholesterol not a big concern?

You obviously don't use AAS, eh Bildernugga......   ::)

If you do, you are very ignorant and foolish to ignore LDL complications.

There is more to cholesterol problems than dietary cholesterol (things like insulin resistance from refined carbs etc). Eggs also contain choline and other substances that help lower cholesterol. You need to educate yourself DIVNUGGA  ;D

This is correct.  The plasma cholesterol level in the vast majority of humans peaks (and then plateaus) at a dietary intake around 300 mgs (one egg).  Further dietary intake does not raise plasma levels any further.  If anyone is concerned that they are in the minority of the "hyper-responders" just have your LDL checked.

Egg whites alone have a very unbalanced amino acid profile and thus a less than optimal tissue utilization potential (sub par "corrected amino acid score")

Because of their colloidal nature egg whites have the least efficient absorption profile of any quality protein source.

I might eat 2 whole eggs a day, the rest whites. I once regularily ate 8 whole eggs in a shake for breakfast each morning but later realised there was more to life. 2-3 a day should be okay. Your overall fat and cho intake and not simply dietary cholesterol influences your blood cholesterol and some are lucky and can be be fat with low cholest while others with good diet can have genetically bad blood values. Egg whites are not that tasty anyway. Eat plenty of lean meat, chichen, fish and whey. Whatever you can afford and don't forget plenty of complex carbs and fruit and veg. :)

Actualy No I dont , do you ???? 2463% is a very precise percentage to be measuring to , something that would be unabel to be achived due to the nature of the testing procedure, the testing procedure can only produce aproximate percentages !!! that is unless they are doing there own testing if you know what I mean !!!

Idealy a good creatine (either phansteil or creapure manufactured creatine) and a dextrose sugar mix is all one realy needs to get good results !!!

It's the same thing with BV.  I never herd of the O, but when it started whole egg was rated 100, meaning the highest BV known to man.  When whey protein isolate was invented it surpassed whole eggs so the BV rating given to the best isolates was 157.  It only makes sense if you know the science behind it as 100% should be as high as you can go.  Even scientists argue over the rating of a food over 100, but the supplement company's who sell whey isolate sure hopped on the figure, I wonder why?

1 large egg has 72% of recommended cholesterol.

I am sure Arnold ate at least 12 whole eggs a day, do you think that is why he had the hart problems?

Also whats worse 12 whole eggs a day or 2 cans of tuna yellowfin a day. I have been eating tuna everyday for the past 3 years or so..

Well, I also used to eat raw eggs every day when I was a young gym rat, but it doesnt make any sense. I mixed them (largely egg whites) in orange juice and concluded that "this shit is good for muscle gains and fat loss" because its very low in fat  ::) However, I later realized that high-glycemic carb is THE real enemy, NOT dietary fat.

The egg and cholesterol story is an urban myth, atleast almost.

There is only small percentage of people who can't handle to much cholesterol. But that's not only ment for eggs. These kind of people also have to watch out the use of other food containing cholesterol.
Ordinary people can almost eat as much eggs as they want,
but to much of the same stuff is always bad. If water can kill you if you drink to much of it.
