What does your waistline measure?

I'm cleaning up diet and adding more cardio, still more puffy than I'd like, but 34 inches.  Just starting the regular cardio and with zero ECA for a year, I'm optimistic.

I wanted to see what Getbiggers' waistline measure today, before I tear a roatator cuff patting myself on the back.

37"! I'll get it down to 30 again someday (as soon as i start training and eat right), maybe in 10 years or so..

Just eat less, do short bouts of intense cardio (1 min efforts a few times per workout) and you'll lean out. It's that simple. Lose a pound -1.5 pounds a week painlessly.

I generally like your posts but give it a rest. We get this crap 24/7/365 on every other site. Some of us do come here to rag on bodybuilding, lol

44 inches. Down from 52 after 3 month dieting. Now im sitting at home off work for a month post shoulder reconstruction op. Will be happy to ger it sub 40. Im 6'4' btw and have a wide waist but thanks to vacuums...id just like to be able to see my dick looking down instead of having to find it in the mirror

To much... After k became 35 six months ago it started to grow... 3 weeks ago my plan was to atart train again nowthst my arm is healed and pinned test deca and tren..... Havent found my way to the gym yet lål
