It is good that you were able to reassemble/reinforce your furniture after the move. Moving is hard on furniture no matter how well made it is.

The four bookcases I have from Dania also have hardboard tacked to the back frame. It does help stabilize the bookcase. I've had to hammer some of the tacks back in after moving the bookcases around. Although I purchased them for a particular location in this house, they've been moved from one room to another, especially during the remodel. Presently, two of them serve as night stands in my bedroom.

Agreed. I get to them too late when all the good stuff is already gone. I imagine my kids will have an estate sale after I'm gone....or they will just donate everything to charity.
