Top man Vince - Very friendly and a perfect gent.

Very funny in seminar too. Would drink coke throughout his contest prep and have the occasional McDonalds too. some bodybuilders just couldn't handle that  :D

you don't need to be on boatloads of drugs, you just need to eat in a deficit.
your body treats chicken and rice the same way it does a burger and fries if the cals are the same.

I often hung out with a top amateur in Philly.  He ate Burger King and cheese steaks quite often fairly close to a contest (the same year he won Mr PA).  I questioned him about eating that shit and he said it didn't matter as long as he was taking T3.

Depends on how long you eat excess calories ( 3 days +, for example ). Please don't tell me I'm wrong, as I'm ( and many others ) living proof of it. T3 is AMAZING lol.

T3 allows you to eat more food as it raises your metabolic rate, it only does that up to a point.

The reason it makes you leaner is that it puts you in a deficit sooner.

My point is they don't eat as clean as they say or portray to the public

And yes, the boatload of drugs like gh help tremendously, genetics of course too

Dexter is the most impressive giving his ecto frame and almost never cutting carbs during show preps

T3 eats your HDL down to nothing as well, delivering an environment that will harden your arteries. Great drug for getting in shape, but that's it greatest downfall and the fact many guys overdo it and it cannibalises them

Vince Taylor placed 5th at the 1995 Mr O

He could've placed higher. Nasser got 3rd. But Taylor looked better from the rear

These are some horrible rear relaxed shots of "elite 90's top tier pro's".

Of course he was on drugs but not boatloads. Vince is a genetic freak. Look at him today. 60 years old, eating and drinking the same and in amazing shape. Today's bodybuilders are the ones on "boatloads"
