It was awesome seeing him perform those epic lifts.
BUT, I think he cold have avoided the serious hip problems IF he stuck with the higher reps?
Not just the hip problems, but all the nerve damage and literally tearing the muscles he once had (tris, quads, lats, etc) straight off his bones. I believe he also has had neck/back surgeries too (skeletal) in addition to the hip replacements. In other words, he's fucked due to heavy weights.
