Alexx doesn't actually look too bad.  He has a good frame, possibly good lines and naturally low BF.  He would probably look really good with another 20lbs. of lean muscle...

Really? Is there such a thing as fat muscle? I was of the understanding that all muscle is lean histologic nature..i.e...muscle cells are just that; muscle cells, they are not also comprised of adipocytes. Am I mistaken? Please explain, I am quite entralled.

STFU smart-ass.  In body building lingo, "Lean Muscle" is generally understood to mean, actual muscle tissue gains as opposed to water-engorged muscle and/or fat.  Now go back to your bio paper or whatever it is you should be doing...  ;D

Muscle is made up of 3 things.  Protein, water and fat.  The more of any of these 3 things, getting into the mitochondria of your muscle cells will increase the size of said muscle.  The amino acid l-Carnitine must be utilized for this increase to happen, but getting any of these 3 things into the muscle will cause hypertrophy.
